About This Service
Understand an Odor Complaint
A smell may change with use, moisture or airflow, and accessible deposits may be only part of the concern. Tell us when it occurs. We explain what cleaning addresses and whether another assessment is needed rather than promise one sweep eliminates every odor.
Plan Around an Insert
An insert can affect the route to the passage and the access needed for maintenance. We discuss the installation before choosing the cleaning scope. Do not move it yourself to simplify the visit; appliance connections and relevant instructions belong in the service plan.
Cleaning After a Repair
If a chimney repair is already planned, discuss how cleaning relates to the work and intended use. The tasks should have separate scopes and an explained sequence. Completing one does not automatically establish that the other is unnecessary or included.
Review a Recent Appliance Change
A service record for the old stove may no longer describe the current connection. Tell us when equipment was replaced and keep the new manual available. Cleaning should be planned for the installed system; uncertainty about the replacement installation must not be hidden inside an ordinary maintenance request.
